Education Session
Learn about lipoedema from our clinical team
Our Education Sessions are designed to provide clear, clinically grounded information about lipoedema — how it is identified, what management options are available and how our clinic approaches care. For some people, this may also include understanding how lipoedema can present alongside vein conditions. There is no obligation to proceed further.

How the process works

Attend an Education Session
Join our clinical team online. The session is educational in nature — you can ask questions and learn about lipoedema and our clinic's approach at your own pace.

Individual telehealth consultation
A private appointment with one of our doctors to discuss your individual circumstances. This is a clinical consultation, not a continuation of the information session.

Clinical assessment and discussion of options
Based on your consultation, your doctor will discuss what, if any, further assessment or management may be appropriate for your situation.
Common Questions
Can lipoedema occur alongside vein conditions?
Yes. While lipoedema and vein conditions are separate, they can occur together and may involve overlapping symptoms such as heaviness, discomfort or swelling. The Education Session explains how lipoedema is identified and why an individual clinical assessment may sometimes consider both.
Do I need a diagnosis before attending?
What does the session cost?
The Education Session costs $93 and is included in your Initial Consultation fee.
When you book your one-on-one telehealth consultation, the $93 Education Session fee is credited towards your Initial Consultation fee. This means you will only need to pay the remaining balance of $202 for your telehealth appointment.
Our team will explain the process and confirm all fees when you book.
