Before your appointment please complete our patient portal, you will then receive a zoom link one day prior to your appointment via your email address. Please ensure you also check your junk/spam folder.
Our patient portal aims to give a safe, secure and easy online platform to submit your personal and medical details prior to your scheduled appointment. Your personal information is validated and then imported directly into your Lipoedema Surgical Solution file.
NOTE – to protect your medical information, no information can be saved to the patient portal. This means you cannot complete half of the portal and come back later, you must complete it all in one go which will take around 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can download a medical questionnaire PDF. Please return it to us with 4x photos of your legs/arms to help@walkwithfreedom.com.au
