About: Clare supports clients to develop a relationship with food and their body that is sustainable, enjoyable and not rule-based. As a Non-Diet Dietitian, Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist she incorporates the science of nutrition in conjunction with a holistic and natural approach to health care. Guidance is based around the clients needs and desired outcomes. The journey to Find Food Freedom is based on a wholistic approach to food that: develops comfort with food; reduces binge eating; stress and emotional eating; guides clients to step off the diet roller coaster; helps clients recognise how their needs change day to day and teaches them how and when to eat to satisfy these needs and feel good. It may include guidance for the preparation and cooking of nutritious meals; gentle movement that clients enjoy and can incorporate into their life; and finding a stillness within that will enhance a sense of wellness through breath work, meditation and restorative practices.
