About: The Lymphoedema Lounge is a restorative space dedicated to rehabilitation post breast cancer surgery and cancer treatment, lymphoedema management, and helping women living with lipoedema. Our approach Founded by Accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner and Occupational Therapist, Hannah Kurnadi The Lymphoedema Lounge is dedicated to: • Rehabilitation post breast cancer surgery and cancer treatment • Lymphoedema management caused by lymph node removal and damage/blockage to the lymphatics post surgery, radiation, infection and other medical conditions • Lipoedema treatment for women managed both conservatively and surgically The Lounge delivers evidence-based treatment programs using the highest of quality rehabilitation techniques (complex decongestive therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, compression garment prescription and measuring, low level laser therapy to reduce pain/inflammation, swelling and scarring) For survivors already living with lymphoedema and lipoedema, we can still reduce swelling and manage symptoms to improve quality of life.
